1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dhors website, mobile applications, or any services provided by Dhors Holdings Ltd. ("Dhors," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dhors. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our services are available only in jurisdictions where precious metals trading is legal. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Precious Metals Transactions

All prices displayed on our platform are indicative and subject to change without notice. The final transaction price will be confirmed at the time of order execution. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars per troy ounce unless otherwise specified.

Orders are binding once confirmed. Cancellation policies vary by product type and market conditions. Premium charges, shipping costs, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

We accept bank wire transfers, ACH payments, and select cryptocurrencies. Payment must be received in full before shipment of physical products. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network confirmation requirements.

You agree to pay all fees, charges, and taxes associated with your transactions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or price errors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Physical precious metals are shipped fully insured via secure carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 48 hours. Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

7. Storage Services

If you elect to use our vault storage services, your precious metals will be held in segregated or allocated storage as specified. Storage fees apply and are billed periodically. Insurance coverage is included as described in your storage agreement.

8. Risk Disclosures

We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
